As of yesterday 01/10/2024 the world has changed once more. Where is the World going ? Any room for BI ?
The continuous conflict of Israel Vs Iran (Israel vs the Muslim world) (…a never ending conflict…still continues). It is really hard, with such news delivered to our smartphones, social media or digital channels, to be cool, to be able to think about Tech and BI.
Nobody knows what is going to happen.
Alongside this conflict, there is another conflict We keep facing in Greece. Companies are facing continuous issues with the financial conditions of the country, and no entrepreneur has an appetite for any kind of “investment”, therefore also no “appetite” for investment in BI or Data tech or Analytics or whatsoever.
When there is “famine knocking doors..” as they say in an old Greek saying, almost everything else “…goes out of the window…”.
All we can do is wait and see. Everybody will be affected by these situations. And most of the times, sadly though, “Extreme situations, require extreme measures…”.
